Job Description
Prepare Design Schematics and Conceptual proposals
Assist Principal in preparing e-report and presentation material
Prepare Construction Drawings and Bid Documents, Scope of Works and Specifications
Provide support in Design and Site Coordinating meetings
Liaison with Local Authorities and other Consultants
Prepare Design and Construction Progress and Close Out Reports

Job Requirement
Full Degree or Diploma in Architecture from local but preferably foreign universities
Strong design flair, communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Training will be provided
Required skill(s) : 3-D StudioMax, Autocad 2013 or Revit, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Required language(s) oral and written: English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Lead and coordinate all Architectural Drawings and Documents including Preparation of Construction Details, Key Plans and Schedules
Able to work independently

Job Requirement
